Lionwing was formed in the early 2000’s by a team of the world’s leading business specialist, web designers, internet conceptualists and highly accredited technology experts. From the very beginning Lionwing operated from Britain, Europe and the USA. In the early days Lionwing specialised in helping legal firms and institutional organisation mainly based in the USA. Playing an important role in helping securities litigators, lawyers and institutional investment funds publicise and fight against stock market fraud. To meet this challenge ‘head on’ Lionwing built the largest FREE on-line case library for securities class actions and soon expanded to offer backend software solutions that reported on fraudulent investments. This innovation helped pension funds identify and retrieve their lost money. In addition this valuable resource to money managers, legal firms and the press helped its primary sponsor become the leading securities class action litigator and stock market fraud prosecuting legal firm in the USA, later expanding into Europe.
The founders of Lionwing also brought with them extensive knowledge of the commercial B2B and B2C internet markets and businesses. This experience naturally led to the development of e-commerce solutions and the creation of on-line product based businesses that today turnover tens of millions of dollars a year. Lionwing is actively involved in providing e-commerce solutions, income generation websites, marketing strategies and much more. Over 70% of Lionwing income is generated from building and supporting e-commerce websites and profit making internet solutions for its client base.
In 2004 Lionwing expanded its portfolio of projects to include ‘non profit organisations’ and profit based businesses that have risen to the challenge of helping with environmental issues. In the same way Lionwing became one of the leading web design agencies for the legal sector Lionwing has also become one of the leading edge web design businesses for the environmental issue of electronics recycling. Last year Lionwing websites help recycle millions of tons of metal, glass and plastics from electronics that would have otherwise ended up in landfill sites around the world.

Lionwing is developing websites for writers and book authors and is applying its web community building skills towards managing members of on-line fan clubs, blogs and interest groups based around both factual and fictional books.
